The Unusual Second Life of Thomas Weaver begins very simply: a young boy accidentally kills his brother, which ruins the rest of his life. The story kicks into gear when, after battling depression for decades, he elects to take his own life. He is instantly transported from 2016 to 1976, a few months before he had killed his brother.  Thomas is given the rarest of opportunities - the chance to fix everything he messed up during his first life. His second life is not without complications, though. It's not easy being a middle-aged man in a teenager's body. More than anything, he wants to find a way to not kill his brother a second time. Beyond that, he discovers a boy who will go on to become a serial killer if left unchecked. He wants to make everyone else's life better, if possible. The question is, even if you think you know what's coming, can you fix your life? It's not as easy as it seems, and Thomas Weaver has a knack for doing things just wrong.
